Merch Launch & Apparel Production: When internationally recognized artist Tommii Lim was ready to launch his merch shop, he needed a team he could trust to handle it all. We managed end-to-end apparel production, order fulfillment, and store operations for his online shop at uglyfresh.com. With Tommii based overseas, we navigated the added complexity of international coordination without missing a beat and delivered a seamless launch experience for both the artist and his fan base.
Trade Show Strategy & Execution: A national apparel brand entering the trucking trade show circuit for the first time needed a seamless debut. From booth concept to on-site execution, we built out their full presence for Lot Lizards USA at the California Trucking Show in Ontario, CA. It was a strong first showing on the national stage for a brand with serious momentum.

She's managed campaigns for emerging and enterprise brands, built teams from the ground up, and has a knack for turning complex challenges into clean, executable plans. Her roots in fashion & streetwear keep her connected to the community and bring a creative lens to any project she’s working on.If you’ve met Steve, you know he is truly a jack of many trades, but his 25+ years of experience in the music industry has developed an unparalleled network of artists, producers, and entertainment professionals across LA and beyond. In addition to his expertise in sync licensing, custom music production and live entertainment, he’s also well versed in the world of specialized coffee and has consulted for and launched several shops around the city.Together we operate as a boutique studio with big agency capability.
